Heritage Architecture offers an on-site vision session, where Principal Architect, Greg Godsey, evaluates your property and develops a plausible and potentially phased master plan concept for the overall layout. We identify building placement, circulation, infrastructure opportunities, and provide first-look sketches to help shape the development strategy.  This service is a single consult and normally lasts an entire day.  The consult occurs at a flat rate that includes travel and can be extended as an hourly service on retainer should a client request additional work or consultation beyond.

This service delivers a fully designed and specified site plan, including infrastructure, access, utilities, grading, and other essential site elements. The buildings and structures are located for function and orientation, but detailed at a conceptual level, while the site itself is comprehensively detailed for master planing and overall vision.

Focusing primarily on the building itself, this service provides a complete Architectural design package for the structure with minimal site design. It is ideal for clients who need an typical Architectural design package and construction-ready documentation for the planned structures alone.

Our most comprehensive offering combines site design, building concept development, and a full set of Architectural and Engineering documents ready for construction. From early vision through final coordination, we provide a complete package that brings clarity, precision, and momentum to the project. This service offers Construction Administration where Principal Architect, Greg Godsey, remains involved as an Owner's Representative to insure adherence to the Construction Documents or administer Construction contracts and pay applications through-out the build process.
