We study topography, views, solar orientation, existing features, setbacks, zoning considerations, circulation, parking, pedestrian movement, utilities, stormwater, and relationships between buildings and outdoor spaces. This process allows us to identify the most efficient and attractive ways to organize the site while supporting both immediate needs and future flexibility.
